Delivery Information

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. This may be subject to change during the festive period.

How will my order be packaged?

Your products will arrive carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our signature logo bags/box. Our signature paper bags are all made from paper that is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified: made from sustainable managed forests. Our tissue paper is 100% acid free recycled tissue paper.

Note: All household product orders will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a cardboard box for delivery.

If you prefer the simple approach, you can select the basic packaging option at checkout. You order will still be well packaged to ensure safe transit.

How are orders sent?

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be sent out the same business day.

UK Orders

Orders under £75 or orders to UK offshore addresses (e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight etc) are sent out by Royal Mail Standard Delivery post. You have the option to upgrade to Next Day Service in the checkout process.

Orders over £75 to UK mainland addresses will be sent out by Royal Mail Next Day service. You have the option to downgrade to Royal Mail Standard service in the checkout process.

Royal Mail expected delivery time – Royal Mail delivery will be between 1 and 5 working days. We obtain proof of postage for each parcel.

Orders over £75 are free shipping!

International shipping costs £20.00 to be delivered by Royal Mail Standard Airmail. In the case of heavier items, your order will be delivered by ParcelForce.

 

Delayed or Lost in the Post orders:

Both of our delivery services are very reliable and it is very rare that anything is delayed or lost in the post. However if this ever does occur to your order please allow for the below:

For UK orders sent by Royal Mail we are unable to make any enquiries into the whereabouts of your product until 15 working days have elapsed.

Please note – should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred. For problems regarding your delivery please email Rebecca@rufflenofeathers.co.uk

 

Returning a product that you do not require

As long as products remain sealed and in a sellable condition, products can be returned. Please sign in to your account and complete the Product Returns form to request a return then return the unwanted product within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund to be processed. We suggest that you obtain proof of postage when returning unwanted items.
